Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We quote in person or by text. A quote covers the specific surfaces and scope discussed — if the scope changes on the day, we tell you before doing the extra work, not after.

Scheduling and weather

Central Florida weather moves jobs. If we have to reschedule for rain, lightning or wind we contact you and rebook at no cost. You can reschedule with us the same way.

The 14-Day Workmanship Warranty

Our workmanship warranty applies to house washing (soft wash), driveway cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, patio cleaning, front entrance cleaning, and gutter exterior cleaning and brightening.

It covers missed areas, uneven cleaning caused by workmanship, streaking resulting from workmanship, and areas not cleaned to the agreed scope. Tell us within 14 calendar days of the service date and we return and correct it at no additional cost.

It does not cover new dirt, algae, mold, mildew, pollen or organic growth appearing after service; new stains from vehicles, oil, grease, rust, fertilizer, irrigation or chemical runoff; permanent staining, oxidation, efflorescence, tiger striping or discoloration that standard cleaning cannot remove; damage from weather, storms, flooding, construction, landscaping or third parties; previously damaged, deteriorated or improperly maintained surfaces; or areas that get dirty again from normal environmental conditions.

To claim: contact us within 14 days of the service date, send photos, and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct. Corrections are limited to the original service area and scope.

Property condition

Exterior surfaces age. Where we find a surface already damaged, deteriorated or improperly maintained, we will tell you before we start, and we may decline that surface.

Payment

This website takes no payment: it has no card field and no checkout, and there is no account to create.

Maintenance plans

Recurring service is arranged after we have quoted your property — never bought blind from a web page, because every property is different.

Access and safety

We need access to water and to the surfaces being cleaned. Please move vehicles and fragile items and close windows before we arrive. We do not enter homes; all of our work is outside the walls.
