Full Court Exterior Services

A new company that is not new to the work

Full Court Exterior Services is new. The person who started it is not: six years of doing this work for other people came first, and that is the honest order to say it in. What follows is how the work gets decided, where it stops, and what we will and will not put in writing.

The company is new. The work is not.

Full Court Exterior Services LLC is a new company. That is worth putting first and putting plainly, because nothing on this site pretends otherwise: there are no reviews here, no borrowed logos, no number hung on the business. The person who started it spent six years doing this work for other people before starting it, and that is the whole of the number — it belongs to a person, not to a company. Whether it should count for anything with you does not really rest on six of anything. It rests on whether the judgement behind it shows up somewhere you can check. On a roof the calls are which slope dries last, how long a solution has to sit before rinsing does any good, and where a tile can be walked without cracking it. On a slab they are whether a mark is sitting on the concrete or has gone down into it, and which of those a wash will actually move. Those get learned by getting them wrong on somebody else's job first and then not getting them wrong again. They do not get learned off a page. So rather than take it on trust here, read the service pages. Each one says what the work does, what it will not fix, and where we would tell you not to bother. That is where six years either shows or does not.

Everything we do is on the outside

Sixteen services, residential and commercial, and every one of them lands on an outside surface — roofs and house exteriors, driveways and sidewalks, patios and fences, gutters, exterior paint removal, storefronts and parking lots, commercial concrete, fleets and trucks. If it is on the outside of a building or the outside of a vehicle, it is ours. The work stops at the door, and what sits past the door is a different trade with different training and different products. That boundary is a scope rather than an apology for one. Somebody has to be the one who knows what high pressure does to an asphalt granule and that nothing puts it back, what a caustic degreaser does to bare aluminium in the sun, which surfaces need dwell time instead of force, and which marks are the material itself rather than anything sitting on top of it. That does not come from doing exterior work occasionally, in between other kinds of job. It comes from it being the whole job, on the same handful of surfaces, until the exceptions are familiar too. The practical result is that we can say no. A surface too far gone for cleaning to help gets said out loud at the estimate, rather than discovered afterwards by whoever paid for it.

Why nothing gets priced over the phone

Estimates are free, with no obligation and no pressure at the end of one. They happen whichever way suits you: in person at the property, or straight over text. A photo is often enough to price from. The same number takes calls and texts, so whichever is easier for you is the right one. What comes back is not only a figure. It says which marks we expect to come out and which we do not, because those are two different sentences and only one of them is a promise. Rust bleed from irrigation water, oxidation on old paint, something that soaked into open concrete two summers ago — some of that moves and some of it is the surface now, and you should know which is which before you agree to anything. This is also why the site carries no price list, no range, no figure of any kind. A number given before anyone has looked at the surface is a number about the machine and the hour, not about your property. Looking first is slower, and it is the only version that is true. Looking costs you nothing.

What we put in writing, and what we will not

Two things are firm. The 14-day workmanship warranty applies to six services: house washing, driveway, sidewalk, patio and front entrance cleaning, and gutter exterior cleaning and brightening. If that work was not done properly we come back and redo it, and the guarantee page sets out the window and where it stops instead of leaving you to find that out at the worst moment. And we reply within four hours — read that one exactly as written, because it is a promise to get back to you and not a guarantee with a remedy attached, and we are not going to let it drift into one. Now the other half. Nothing that grows in Central Florida stays gone. Algae is alive and the climate here suits it, so a wall in shade with a sprinkler hitting it every morning goes again far sooner than the same wall in full sun: how long a wash lasts is decided by shade and water much more than by whoever did the washing. And some marks are not dirt at all. Oxidation, etching, rust that has moved down into the pores of the concrete, a coating that was already lifting before we arrived — no wash changes any of those, and it is better to hear it now than to pay to find out. A company that tells you that before the work is the same company that tells you the truth after it.

Questions and answers

How does the estimate happen?
You pick the way: in person at the property, or by text. A photo is often enough to price from; when it is not, we say so and arrange to come and look. The price comes after somebody has seen the actual surface, never off a phone call and a square-foot number, and what comes back names the marks we expect to move and the ones we expect to stay. Estimates are free either way.
Do you cover my area?
Six counties, all of them the same: Polk, Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole and Volusia. None is a special case, none is an on-request extra, and none gets a different answer because of where it sits on the map. We are a service-area business with no published address — we come to the property, so the only question is whether you are in one of the six.
What languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Portuguese. Not a translated page and then a shrug on the phone: the estimate, the questions at the property and the follow-up all happen in whichever of the three you prefer. If you would rather be answered in Spanish or Portuguese, say so at the start.
What if something is not right after you leave?
Tell us within fourteen days and we come back and redo it, at no charge. That is the 14-day workmanship warranty, and it applies to the six services listed on the guarantee page. The guarantee page sets out exactly what counts as workmanship and what does not — regrowth a month later is not a defect, and it says so there rather than leaving you to find out in the moment. Calling it in takes a phone call or a text.
