There are four ways to reach us. Then there is the other half of it: what comes back, how quickly it comes back, and what you can send that makes the answer worth having. That part is below.

The four ways in, and what each one is good for

The number is (407) 267-0880 and it takes calls and texts on the same line. A text can be all it takes, and not because it is more modern: a photo shows what a description can get wrong. Send a picture of the driveway, of the roof slope you can see from the street, of the stretch of wall that has been bothering you, and the estimate can come back on that same thread without anybody having to drive anywhere. Calling is the better choice when the job is awkward to photograph, when several buildings or several surfaces are involved, or when you would simply rather say it out loud than type it. Both of those reach the same number. The form on this page is the third way: four short questions, which are what needs cleaning, where it is, when suits you, and how to reach you back. That is the least we can ask and still know what we are looking at, and it is the one to use when you would rather not talk to anybody yet. The fourth is email, at info@fullcourtexteriorfl.com: the one for anything that needs an attachment or a paper trail, such as a board's requirements or a scope document. Use whichever one you would use for anything else in your day.

What happens after you send it

First, you hear back within four hours, by text or by call, with what happens next. That is a promise about the answer, not about the work: we get back to you inside that window. Then one of two things. If what you sent is enough to work from, the estimate comes straight back on the same thread and you can read it when you get to it. If it is not enough, and sometimes it is not, we arrange a time to come out and look. A roof whose far slope nobody can see from the street, concrete whose staining could be three different things, a commercial building with more going on than one photo holds: those get looked at. Nothing is priced off a phone call and a guess at your square footage. The quote comes after somebody has actually looked at the surface, in person or in the photos you sent. The estimate itself is free and it obliges you to nothing. And if a stain has already etched into the concrete, it is not going to lift, which is worth knowing while you are still deciding rather than after the work is done. Whether the work that follows carries the 14-Day Workmanship Warranty depends on the service: the guarantee page lists the six it applies to, what it covers and what it does not.

What is useful to send, and where we come to

Three things and you have given us enough to start with. A photo of the actual surface, taken in daylight, not a picture of a similar house and not a night shot with the flash on, which flattens out exactly the shading that tells us whether we are looking at algae or a shadow. Roughly where the property is: a city is fine, a cross street is better. And what is bothering you most, in your own words, because the thing you notice every time you pull into the driveway is not always the first thing a checklist would flag. Anything beyond those three is welcome and none of it is required. Where we come to is Polk, Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole and Volusia. Six counties, and all six are the same to us: not one of them is an outer ring or an area we cover only if you ask nicely. And we are the ones who travel. This is a business that goes to the property. There is no published address to visit, which is why the address that matters here is yours and not ours.

Before you get in touch

Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The estimate is free and there is no obligation attached to it. You can read it, sit on it, get two more from other people, or never write back, and none of that costs you anything. That includes the visit when there is one: coming out to look at the property is part of the estimate, not something handled separately.
Do I have to be there when you look at it?
It may not come up. Exterior work can be quoted from photos, or from a look at the outside of the building, and neither of those needs you standing next to us. Where it does matter is access: a gate that stays locked, a back courtyard, a commercial lot that can only be worked at certain times. That gets arranged when the estimate is booked, so mention it up front if any of it applies to you.
Which areas do you cover?
Polk, Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole and Volusia counties: Lakeland, Kissimmee, Orlando, Clermont, Sanford, Deltona and the towns in between and around them. All six counties are covered the same way. If you are near a county line and not certain which side of it you are on, send the address anyway and we will tell you plainly whether it is somewhere we come to.
What language can I write to you in?
English, Spanish or Portuguese. The business is worked in all three, so write in whichever one you would use with anyone else and the answer comes back in that same language. You do not have to switch to English to be understood, and you do not have to apologize for your English either. This site is written three times over for the same reason: whichever version you are reading now is the one to use.
